Large Scale Police Mission Against Human Trafficking in Denmark

Last week in Denmark, 95 people were arrested by the police under a large scale action against Human Trafficking and organised crime. This particular criminal (trafficking) network, lured several people from Romania with promises of work, when really they were interested using their identities for fraud and forced these people to work under absolutely awful conditions. Most of the people rescued in this mission were trafficked men. The police identified 22 criminals out of the 95 people found, 15 of these criminals will be charged with trafficking humans.

This is one of the biggest actions ever taken against Human Trafficking for forced labor in Denmark. Great to see such actions taking place and that traffickers are being caught and prosecuted.
